Design Reveal: a Parisian-Chic Nursery by Little Crown Interiors

Today, Little Crown Interiors is thrilled to share one of our recent nursery design projects with Project Nursery!  We recently completed this glamorous baby girl’s nursery for a client in Los Angeles, California.

Here’s what we knew going into the project: The client already had her modern Nurseryworks furniture, which she purchased for her first child.  She definitely wanted a color palette of black, white and hot pink, and she wanted a regal, Parisian theme for her baby girl’s nursery.  Our first step – as always – was to create a floor plan, taking safety, existing furniture and the specific space into account.

With our floor plan in place, we went to work on the fun stuff!  This baby girl’s nursery needed to be sparkling, fabulous and truly glamorous.  We just couldn’t keep our hands off of the adorable three dimensional flowers that we placed over the crib.  So, naturally, we be-dazzled them…  We set off the gorgeous custom window treatments with a beautiful 16″ x 20″ custom stretched canvas artwork piece – showing the adorable silhouette of the lucky little girl for whom we designed the room.

Next, we designed the huge hot pink wall decal (custom made by Dali Decals – a long time favorite of Little Crown Interiors), and added an adorable clock face to make it both cute and functional.

The glider, by Monte Design (another favorite of Little Crown Interiors) is beset by a fabulous, sparkling jet black floor lamp, and an incredibly unique lighted canvas over the changing table.

We finished off the room by replacing the dated closet doors with brand-new mirrored ones, and then hanging a sparkling black chandelier to light up the night!
