Design Reveal: Mod Owl Nursery

Happy Monday, PN Readers! Today I am bringing you a beautiful nursery photographed by one of my favorite local Phoenix photographers, Laura Winslow. When Laura posted this gorgeous room (and baby) on her blog, I knew I had to share it with you!

Here are the decorating details from mom, Amanda:

Design Inspiration: Being from the South I love anything monogrammed, initialed or reflectant of family and past, yet I crave a modern clean-line look, so I’m always attempting to find that balance.  I left the personal treasures in the details like the monogrammed “R” linen hand-towel found in Charleston, NC on a mother-daughter trip, and a sterling silver napkin ring engraved with “Reid” found by my mother in law on a trip to Round Top, Texas.

Decorating Style: As with my entire house, I wanted the nursery to be a reflection of modern, yet classic fare … nothing planned and very little purchased as a set but collected over several months, along with the anticipation of the baby.

Project Details: Crib & Changing Dresser are eco-friendly and designed by Oeuf, Reclining Glider is eco-friendly and designed by Monte Design, Bedding & Window Treatments are Dwell Studio. All were purchased at Little Artika, a modern baby boutique in Phoenix,  Arizona (www.littleartika.com). Mobile was designed by Heather Frazier of Frazier and Wing. (www.frazierandwing.com) Owl Collage, Wall Letter R & Owl Wall Decal by individual artists on Etsy (www.etsy.com).Favorite Items: The Frazier and Wing mobile, and the antique child rocking chair passed down from my mother, 3 generations of play.

Thank you, Amanda and Laura for sharing this fabulous nursery with us!
I’m thinking this would great inspiration for a new BABY SHOWER theme design!
