Decorating with Paper Pom Poms!

Happy Spring! Kim from The TomKat Studio here, reporting on one of my favorite things…..tissue paper pom poms! Being the party girl I am, they are a staple for most events I work on. However, I’ve noticed a trend of them being used not only for parties and weddings, but to decorate rooms, most often nurseries.
