After blushing and stammering quite a bit, she smiled and thanked me. I thought for sure she would have experienced a lifetime of compliments with locks like that but she said she hadn’t.

So, here goes my first nice comment of the day: I am always surprised at the caliber and quality of mommy bloggers here in the blogosphere– what exceptionally talented writers!

My husband knew I was upset about it when he got home this evening, but he told me it looks ‘really good’ and that he’s sure it will look ‘great’ after I ‘wash it a few times’. Actually, my hair’s so dark now, it looks like a wig against my complexion . . . but I appreciated his sweet words:)
