I’ve had this rainbow cake pinned for a long time, and decided it would be the perfect easy theme for our daughters first birthday. Being on maternity leave I found myself with plenty of time to go over the top, but this theme was actually very easy to plan and shop for, just buy everything in all the colors!
My daughter’s first birthday party was very special event for us. Even though she might not remember her first birthday events in the longer run but I wanted to make it a beautiful memory for the whole family.
When I started thinking about themes, all those ‘girlie’ themes started flying in through imagination. Finally, I chose- Rainbow Theme, and that fitted very well. The arrival of our daughter has brought so many colors into our family, and I could not think of any better theme than a rainbow first birthday party.
