Organic Gender Neutral Nursery

I wanted a gender neutral nursery for our baby boy who is going to share this room with his older brother! That’s why the table with two chairs is a must have. I loved the calmness of the neutral colors and the bohemian vibes. Very inspired with hyacinth, rattan and seagrass details! The Babyletto Crib is probably my favorite piece in the room, along with the neutral tone giraffe plush!
I wanted a seagrass changing basket but had a changing pad from our first son’s nursery. Here’s a trick! We purchased an underbed storage basket, placed the changing pad inside and voila! No need to purchase a new changing basket.

Asher’s Lumberjack Inspired Nursery

I wanted to create a perfect little nursery space that could grow with my little guy. I created a lumberjack inspired space with both vintage and modern touches. The room was easy and affordable to create. Also my husband is military and we live on base housing so I was limited to what I could do with the space! However I made it work and was pleased with the outcome! More at everythingemilygblog.blogspot.com

Baby L’s Budget Forest-Woodland Nursery

This nursery is for my 3rd baby, gender unknown. We were on a tight budget so we got what we could for free or cheap, and I made some items. The brick wallpaper was already in the room, we originally purchased for around $30 from Walmart. The four woodland canvases were dollar store canvases painted with dollar store paint, and decorated with felt scrapbooking stickers (total cost approx $14) Crib bedding is Litto Kids, purchased from Amazon.com with Swag Bucks (so free, but regularly $270) Wall Decal was also from Amazon.com & purchased with Swag Bucks (so free, but regularly $54) Mobile is by Djecko, and was purchased from Dandelionkids.ca ($30) Crib was an Ikea handmedown, refinished & Distressed with baby spray paint for about $20 dresser/change area was found at the side of the road, boxes were from ikea for about $7 each (using to store clothes/diapers etc) Rocking chair/purple pillows/teddy are vintage/family heirlooms, blue pillow is Ikea ($10) Blue burnout fabric was from a discount store, approx $10 Framed scrapbooking paper ($1 paper/$5 frame from Ikea As-Is) Curtains were from another room, originally Walmart for around $20 I believe. Rocking horse is a handmedown from Baby L’s brothers :-) We still need to get the new light fixture, but it’s not in the budget just yet!
