For Charlotte’s first birthday, I created a butterfly garden party in pinks, white and ivory with butterflies, burlap, mason jars, tissue pom poms, and other vintage touches.

We wanted to have a small, low-key, coed, adult-friendly baby shower with our closest friends – something that wasn’t necessarily too baby-themed. As a result, we came up with the bottle theme: a beer bottle to represent my husband, a champagne/wine bottle for me, and a milk bottle for Baby Lucy.
My baby shower was thrown in late September. My husband’s godmother, Nana, and I sat down and exchanged ideas. She then ran with it! She worked really hard and I will always be grateful for the amazing job. She went with a vintage and fall inspired theme. It was very laid back and full of personal touches throughout. I want to thank everyone involved for such a beautiful shower as well as my cousin, Tori, for the gorgeous pics.
A fun, simple, and affordable baby shower that represented myself as well as my little man.
We wanted to build the shower around the silhouette of a baby boy and add playful elements like toy soldiers and dinosaurs – while keeping with a bright/sunny yellow & gray theme.
As a baby planner one of my favorite things to do is plan a baby shower. I get to bring romantic visions to life. I don’t often get carte blanche to just do what I like, but this time was special. Armed only with the colors of the nursey and the knowledge that the new arrival would be a bouncing baby boy. I went to work, and what evolved was a fun french inspired fete’ befitting a petit garcon…..
For those of you wondering, Squishy is the nick name for our baby in-utero! :) Squish’s baby shower was a fun summer shower with a modern picnic theme! Held in my mother-in-laws beautiful backyard. Due to the summer heat the shower was held in the morning while the home provided shade on the lower patio.
My dear friends, who have struggled with infertility, are expecting their 1st child in October (a boy named Keller), and are moving out of town before the baby is due. Since I couldn’t throw them a shower I wanted to help celebrate this baby by throwing them a gender reveal party. After a yummy dinner the gender of the baby was revealed to the parents and guests by everyone biting into a cupcake that had either blue (boy) or yellow (girl) in the center.By the way….they are having a BOY!
We did milk, cookies, and polka dots for Olivia’s first birthday party.
A sweet tea party birthday filled with sweets, treats, flowers and all things pink and purple.
I wanted his shower to match his room – gray & white with splashes of yellow and blue.
Caileigh turned 2!
My best friend threw me the most beautiful shower! Every detail was perfect.
