Henry’s Peter Rabbit Nursery
I had so much fun designing this Peter Rabbit nursery! Two years later, it is still one of our favorite rooms in our home!

This beautiful nursery was designed by the mommy-to-be, who has since become a mommy. The fabrics are lavender, silver and white. The bedding is lilac-gray-silver damask bedding by Carousel Designs. I painted a soft metallic silvery Cherry Blossom tree that shimmers and is embellished with crystals. The quote above the changing table says
“From the moment I first saw you I have been waiting for you.You know I will adore you….til eternity…”~Be My Baby lyrics
For our first born, we wanted a room that would grow with our daughter. We wanted the room to be bright and cheery that would be as appropriate for a newborn as it would a 4 year old.
A cozy, warm, and brightly colored baby’s room with a woodland animals theme and a hodgepodge of art and decorative elements.
I am so proud of this monkey themed nursery. I painted the nursery yellow and then took inspiration from a monkey wall decal I found on Etsy, changed it to fit my room and then hand painted it on the wall. It, of course, would not be complete with out Mom, Dad, and Baby Ryan’s initials on the tree (the initials on the tree stem all the way back to our wedding when Mom and Dad’s initials were carved in a tree during our engagement hike and then used on programs, etc).
I was asked to turn a small white room into an enchanting and magical forest based on the children’s book Where the Wild Things Are.
A contemporay colorful bubbly baby boy’s room. I hand painted the mural of colorful bubbles all across the room on an icy blue grey wall. I wanted a room that was fun yet serene and that would handle colorful toys and books without clashing.
