Abram’s Nursery
I wanted to make Abram a little gentleman’s room that he could grow up in and transition into a toddler’s room. I was trying to achieve a distinguished, scholarly look, while also keeping it playful and bright.

Not knowing whether we were having a boy or a girl, I knew I wanted to keep this room neutral without doing a typical yellow or green paint color. We settled on a scheme that included a lot of gray and bold accent colors to keep the room looking fresh without feeling too babyish. This room has a mix of furniture and finishes, giving it a more collected-over-time look. Henry can grow and play in this room for many years without it feeling too juvenile. It’s a room that I think both kids and adults can enjoy!
We tried our best to turn a plain white box of a bedroom into a cute, welcoming space for our son.
