Camping themed indoor 2nd birthday party!
Last year’s Carnival 1st Birthday was a huge hit but the San Diego sun practically melted all of our guests so this year we decided to take our celebration (or “Shell-ebration”) to the pool and since our Charlie is a fan of “The Little Mermaid” we felt like a Mermaid party was the perfect theme to celebrate our little one turning 2!
Cars themed 2nd birthday party with the colors blue, red and grey.
I started working on my daughters 2nd Birthday shortly after I had finished her first ;) Since she was born we have casually called her our little poodle so I knew that we had to do a poodle theme for her second birthday party.
“Connor’s World”: An Elmo themed party for one of Elmo’s biggest little fans
We decided to celebrate our son’s 2nd birthday with breakfast and all of his friends in their jammies! A 10 o’clock party is perfect for this age…you’re wrapping up the festivities right at nap time! Plus we based the party around our son’s favorite book…Llama Llama!
It was an awesome owl party for Zoe! This party was super fun and sweet. Mom wanted some really cool owl designs to deck the place out with. The individual owl graphics were purchased on Etsy. I used them to make all of the paper party products. I made up the banner, signs and cupcake toppers in bright colors and added some flower graphics.
This was a super sweet party for an adorable 2 year old girl. Mom went all out with the crepe paper and hired an amazing face painter as well. The kids had tons of fun singing and dancing the day away.
I was excited to have a vegan cupcake order for this event. I tried out a new vegan buttercream icing which was pretty divine. The non-vegan chocolate chip cupcakes seemed to be a hit as well. Smiles all around!
A simple, family party for Jeremy’s 2nd birthday.
At a tender age of not quite 2, it was obvious that my daughter loved three things: my cell phone, my high heels, and SESAME STREET. I think I can officially state for the record that Elmo was the first love of her life. So, picking her party theme was a no-brainer. I was on a budget, and her party included a lot of DIY projects to save money, but it still turned out cute as could be, very colorful, and an event to remember.
A precious under the sea/mermaid party for any sweet little girl!
My son turned two this past weekend, so we hosted a construction themed party for all of his buddies and their parents. We decorated with black and yellow tissue tassels, balloons, coloring pages and a mountain backdrop. Food included a chocolate mudslide cake, tool box veggie tray, pretzel lumber, rock cookies, dirt cups, and a bacon jalapeno cheeseball mountain. The kids played with sensory tables full of trucks, rice and split peas, knocked down a demolition city made of boxes, and took pictures in our dump truck photo booth. It was a blast!
Little Colby was turning two and his mom wanted a party based on his love for trains!

Fire truck themed 2nd birthday party.
Addelyn’s birthday being so close to Christmas brings a lot of challenges! We wanted to pick a theme that was special to her birthday, not Christmassy, but still incorporating winter. We thought adding lots of silver and white with pops of pink, would give it that classic look without being over the top princess.
Ruby’s World was my daughter’s 2nd birthday party. I I wanted to do an Elmo themed party for her without all the usual “sesame” stuff. I made the Elmo, Big Bird and Oscar from silk flowers and leaves. My favorite details were the fur and feathered covered cake stands I used on the dessert table and the drawing of the Sesame gang with Ruby. Other Elmo details: I served “Dorothy” sandwiches using Pepperidge Farm goldfish bread. We gave mini trash cans as favors filled with Sesame bath books, Elmo crayon cups, crayons, and Sesame Street story books.
This was our toddler’s 2nd birthday party! It was all about balloons! He loves balloons so when we were thinking of a theme we knew that this had to be it! Some of the pictures were taken during the day and some at night so the picture quality varies…
I helped design this party with my business partner for her little girls 2nd Birthday.
I wanted to do something bright and fun for my son and his fellow 2 year old friends and a Circus fit the bill.
