For the baby shower theme, we decided on Woodland Animals with a mix of lumberjack buffalo plaid.
For food, we had a finger food table set up which included acorn cookies, butter tarts, brownies, timbits (donut holes), a hedge hog cheese ball, a variety of finger sandwiches, cheese & crackers, pinwheels, veggies & dip, and fruit & dip. To drink, our guests could choose from homemade punch displayed in a large mason jar drink dispenser, or water bottles decorated in printable bottle wrappers.
The DIY projects included the paper "Sweet Baby" bunting, tissue paper poms poms, folding food labels, round food toppers, water bottle wrappers, custom treat bag toppers and thank you tags. All paper printables from Pretty Paper Studio (ThePrettyPaperStudio.etsy.com).
My favourite element was the homemade "Moose Munch" (caramel corn mixed with a variety of nuts and drizzled in chocolate) used as favours for the guests with custom bag toppers reading "Thanks for popping by." Paired with a mini bottle of Coke with paper straw tied on using rustic twine. Packaged together in a kraft paper bag.
