This was a combined birthday party for my three daughters (4,4,2). They have always loved anything and everything circus so when we were deciding on a theme, I knew this was perfect! It's a circus extravaganza with lots of girly twists, pink, ruffles and boas!

Design Inspiration

My girls have always loved the circus and they are all three very girly little girls.  We just combined their ideas with mine and voila....A Vintage Circus Birthday Party

Decorating Style

Vintage, I LOVE old things and love DIY ways to update them.

Project Details

My favorite details of the party was the dessert table.  I had the chance to work with so many amazing vendors and it was just beautiful!

Favorite Items

Probably the goldfish soap I made for the ping pong toss prize.  It was the first time I had ever made soap and was so easy!

Start shopping early!  I bought so many things through the last year at the Dollar Tree, dollar bins at Target, clearance, etc.  By the time the party rolled around, I had everything I needed and hadn't spent a ton of money.  For more ideas and pictures of this party check out our website

I love the way you made use of show tickets here. And the burst of color!  I’m not going to ask you where you got everything, but it does seem that you gathered everything together in just one go, then reading about how you took the whole year to buy the stuff here, it made me wonder how you could have possibly pulled everything together and make it go well with each other.  Nice job on this party.  Fantastic!

Thanks ladies!  It was really easy to pull everything together.  I just kept a running list of all the things that I had purchased and I knew my color scheme so I didn’t buy anything that didn’t go with that.  Also, keep your receipts, anything you don’t use, return!

Love the vintage accents you’ve used here.  I think that the faux plastic beards and face painting.  It certainly looks like a lot of fun!
