Beach getaway for our little surfer boy.

Design Inspiration

While pregnant, I spent a lot of time at the beach watching the waves and surfers. I imagined my baby surfing the waves of southern Cali. So what better way to share my love of southern California and the beach with my baby than giving him his own beach getaway.

Project Details

Crib: Babies R Us - Delta Springtime crib Crib Bedding: Custom made by Polynesian Designs Mobile: Bedtme originals curly tails mobile. i hand made the surfboards using felt and attached them to the stuffed monkeys Daybed: Ikea - Hemnes, bedding and assorted pillows from Homegoods chair: Ikea- Poang Beach Lamp: home goods Dresser: Ikea- Koppang Surfboards on wall were all from the discount bins at Target. I hand painted them and attached pegs to the three above the dresser.
