The bedding and ceiling fixture were my inspiration items for the nursery.

Project Details:
The bedding is from www.babybedding.com, which I designed and got my inspiration from for the rest of nursery pieces and color. I wanted modern but chic white crib and dresser. Finally found it at Babie R Us and with their 20% coupon you can go wrong with the nice wood detail of the furnitures. The modern ceiling fixture is from Ikea, which add this flower designed to the wall at night. The curtain panels are from Ikea as well. The white book case and the carpet are from Target.
Favorite Items:
My favorite items are the bedding and the ceiling fixture because they represent my creativity, uniqueness and simplicity.
Advice:
I hope you enjoy my nursery and always start with an item that trives your creativity.

Simple and feminine. It would have been nice to see the textures clearly — like your curtains, the decal or the name sign on the wall, and the bedding. But your photos are rather blurry..

I read about this exact Ikea fixture in a magazine lately. I think it was Sunset magazine. They said it was chic and affordable and had the added bonus of creating beautiful pattern on the walls (like instant wallpaper). It is fun to see it in the nursery. nice job.
