A soothing and timeless nursery that will grow with Sophie Grace using soft petal pink, light gray and robin's egg blue. The room is not completely finished at this point...still am finishing wall decor and have not completed the crib bedding.
****I will post more pictures with a close up of the bumper as well as the changing table-the crib bumper is a light gray with damask pattern with light pink bows. The crib skirt is on order.
Design Inspiration:
I wanted something that was not too babyish but elegant and calming so that the nursery would be wonderful place to enjoy.
I love gray and wanted to incorporate light pink but didn't want it to be too overwhelming and also love damask patterns.

I love this rug, but the reviews on Overstock all seem to say it is more of a blue than a gray in person. It looks gray in your picture, but I was wondering what you thought of the color when it’s in the room — more gray or blue?

HI! I just saw someone’s comment about the rug from Overstock. I ordered it last month because fell in love with it but when it came in it was DEFINITELY blue, not grey at all. It was a baby blue color… so unless you are going for that look, I wouldn’t buy it! I absolutely love that rug, just wish it was grey… it looks awesome in the picture above but the color is off. Hope this helps!! :)
