Favorite Items
My favorite item for this party was the beautiful cake. Although it's not shown in the picture, it was a simple, elegant strawberry flavored cake with buttercream icing with swirls and flowers in shades of reds and pinks.
Advice
Don't be afraid to experiment with things. I saw some feathers in the decorating store that were my colors and bought them, not knowing what to do with them. They actually made the prettiest centerpiece for the candy buffet.

I so love the deep red that goes on here. You're right about choosing this color if you wanted to represent bright and loud. It's also perfect for valentines' day! Happy Valentines everyone!
And hey, Sarah looked really cute and having fun!
