This room I designed for a 6 year old who was getting a room of her own. We wanted a cheerful and bright space that could grow with her.
Design Inspiration
My client had seen a design board I had created via my website and contacted me to tailor it to her daughters personality. We really loved the Raspberry Fields floral fabric that you see used through out the space.
Decorating Style
I design for my clients, however will make them happy. I like to create spaces that don't scream baby, instead I use items from all different sources to create a space specific to each clients wants and needs. We have a lot of fun doing it!

Favorite Items
My favorite item of the space is the ikat blanket at the end of the bed. I fell in love with this throw awhile back and I just love the bold pattern it adds to this sweet space. My favorite space is the nook corner. I have heard my little client has already spent much time reading her books in that space, which I love hearing.
Advice
Find a piece that inspires you and let it lead you on this design journey. Not everything has to match it perfectly, it just has to work together. Be sure to always have fun while creating such a special space.
