Pink, Green and Aqua Nursery

Description

I wanted a room that was totally little girl and different from the rest of our house. We have a lot of blues and greys in the house so this nursery adds a nice little pop of color.

You can see more on my blog.

Design Inspiration

Decor Chick posted a blog of her daughter's shades of pink room and that got me started with all the different shades of pink. I added green and aqua for more of a bright Lilly Pulitzer theme.

Decorating Style

I have an eclectic decorating style that leans more towards traditional. I love traditional pieces painted in modern colors and mixing and matching items to create "the look".

Favorite Items

The pillow on the glider was my first purchase for the room as soon as we found out we were having a girl. I bought it on eBay and it's the Lilly Pulitzer croc print. My husband and I are both University of Florida grads so we wanted to include a little of our Gator love.
