A fall-themed nursery to honor the baby's due date and our wedding anniversary! I love Halloween, Autumn leaves and the colors of fall back in our home town of Boston and wanted this nursery to reflect that.
Design Inspiration
Fall & October - my favorite time of year! I cenetred the colors and design around the Litto Kids "Silly Owl" Bedding.
Decorating Style
Contemporary with a Mid-Century Modern feel.

The Paint is all Benjamin Moore Natura Non-VOC. Handmade mobile is livs lullabye of www.etsy.com
The owl pillow is KTL and the alphabet artwork is Oillie from www.modernnursery.com. I purchsed the furniture from Amazon and its all Babyletto. changing table cover: Dwell Baby. Bedding; Silly Owl by Litto Kids. Blik removeable decals, Giraffe art from Avalisa, purchased on www.gilt.com. White leather glider from Hiatt Furniture. Cop care from Pottery Barn kids, blue and brown piggy bank from Lollipop children's boutique in Redondo Beach. Monkey doll blah blah kids. Small buck plaque by Girlsavage of etsy.com
Brown dots pillow custom made by Hermosa Beach Express tailor from hable construction scrap fabric.
Favorite Items
The mini chair gifted by a generous friend who works for a a furniture manufacturer. Of course, the hat that my husband wore home from the hospital was a touching shower gift from my mother-in-law.
Advice
Look at lots of blogs and design websites for inspitation and know that you can almost always replicate for less. My lanterns were $6 at World Market and my mobile was handmade on etsy.com for $30.

Definitely loving the mid century mod vibe of this room...the single orange stripe running along the wall is perfect and I love the bird silhouettes above the crib!
