Description

This project is the nursery nook sleep system I made for my daughter because I am limited on space and I have to share my room with her, so I decided to clear out my entire closet, clean it & scrub the walls and carpet to make an environment for my soon to be daughter. Being able to do this has been very convenient for me.

Design Inspiration

The inspiration behind this project is the little angel growing in my belly :)

Decorating Style

My decorating style is simple, classic; yet modern & of course girly!

Project Details

The crib I had my boyfriend assemble is the DaVinci Kalani mini crib, we chose this crib because it will be used int the future as a twin bed.we purchased this item in Ebony black finish. I also ordered my curtains from a vendor on Ebay for only $3.50 ! and used an old shower rod to hang it up so we would have to put up a curtain rod which would be too much work , the shower rod is much easier , faster & remains unnoticed.

Favorite Items

My favorite item of this nook besides the crib, would have to be the bins for storage I'm using on the top shelf they are very handy and I only paid $1 for each of them at Dollar Tree.

Advice

Organization is key!! Also taking advantage of any space you have is very important to take advantage of.for this nook I would suggest to anyone who does it to be sure to have curtains incorporated into this look , its good looking & if you want the area hidden sometimes they come into play, even pulled o the side the compliment the nook and my bedroom very well
