Nolan’s First Birthday

Description

Nolan Paper Airlines

Design Inspiration

Paper airplanes.  I wanted something easy enough that i could do a lot of projects myself.  And something that was unique enough that you had not seen if everywhere.

Decorating Style

Modern, clean, and simple

Project Details

After choosing the theme I knew I wanted to work with Kori from Paper & Pigtails to help create all the paper goods.  After a few emails back and forth we had it.  Kori is such a creative force and wonderful person to work with.  I highly recommend her.

Favorite Items

Like I mentioned a lot of the party was done by me.  I made the backdrop to match his logo.  All the stands the airplanes were displayed on were made by my Hubby.  I laminated luggage tags Kori made and attached them to the white drawstring bags made by 2 little hooligans. The powder doughnut control tower was a HIT.  I made pilot rubber duck soaps.  And anything I did not mention can be found on my blog, Buggie and Jellybean.

Advice

Get creative and make things yourself :-)

Paper airplanes. I have to say that is a very age and gender-appropriate theme for your little one. You did a wonderful job.

I love the thoughtfulness of all the details! It's just perfect in scale for a 1 year old party too. Super inspiring as I plan my son's first now. Thank you.

Nolan's Paper Airlines. Very cute theme title. And you are right. An airplane theme is something we haven't seen before. Unique.
