Nursery was so much fun to do, I loved the shopping and the planning.  The day we brought Max home it was just perfect.

Design Inspiration

When I found out I was having a boy, I still wanted a soft touch to his baby room.  I had read about shades of blue being soothing for babies.  There was a lot of thought and work put into this room, my husband did the boxes on the walls, flooring, and painting... While I was shopping and searching the web for all the finishing.  Etsy became my best friend, many special items were purchased there during my pregnancy, since I like the one of a kind feel of Etsy and working with the vendors on there explaining exactly what I wanted.    I like to say with my inspiration and attention to fine detail and my husband being quite handy, these projects are fun and we cannot wait to do it again...

Decorating Style

For the theme of this room, I wanted a soft feel so I went with a airy, rustic, bird theme with a touch of vintage, I style I call my own
