Design Inspiration:
My inspiration started with Jenna Lyon's nursery--I loved the dark wall and the fact that she had used a white crib which I already owned. From there, it just morphed into the beachy style I love with touches of modern pattern.
Decorating Style:
I love things that are eclectic, tactile, and I love juxtapostion.

- Driftwood sunburst mirror from Curious (based in my hometown of Hermosa Beach)
Favorite Items:
Oilo Bedding, the navy Jellycats elephant (in rocker), and the Driftwood Sunburst Mirror.
Advice:
Start with an inspiration and then make it your own! Find elements that inspire you--the driftwood makes me think of our summer fun on the beach, I love old photos, and the Dodgers pennant reminds of our spring and summer fun at Dodger Stadium.

I love the room! The bedding is beautiful. I’m trying to put together a vintage travel/adventure nursery. Where did you find the pillow and valance or the fabric to make them? It’s just what I have been looking for. Great job!!!

this is a great take on deep blue and white. I just love both colors and they mesh pretty perfectly here!

the lamp is from the kid’s section at homegoods. I switched the shade from the original one.

The fabric for the valance is from Pindler & Pindler. You can also check Hable Construction for fabrics, they have similar looks.
