Design Inspiration
I love bright colors and wanted to a nursery that was one of a kind. My inspiration was pulled from items all around me. I did not want something that was standard or anyone else could have.
Decorating Style
Colorful and crafty. I love being able to create items that help enhance a room.
Project Details
More then half of the items in the nursery are handmade. Some done at home by me, others bought from Etsy.
Favorite Items
My favorite item is the glider and ottoman. I was able to find the used set for $35 dollars on Craigslist and then bought new fabric to reupholster it! I spent a total of $52 which is amazing!
Advice
Do not try to buy everything at one time. Shop around and slowly collect all the different items you are looking for. Try and create items on your own. The bedding, mobile, changing cover, chair/ottoman, framed artwork and a few other pieces were all handmade items for Lillian's Nursery.

We really have the same tastes! My daughter was supposed to be named Liliane, but we decided for Viviane :)
I was looking for a charcoal room with green, pink, and orange ... and here you are! I love it :p
