This baby shower was created for my cousin to welcome her Lil' Buckaroo. The design focused on burlap, red bandanna print and denim. I wanted a rustic, yet playful country charm for this shower. I loved the little rocking horse in the party package and couldn't believe how perfectly it matched an old wooden rocking horse my mom had. I used an old wooden ladder, a pallet, cast iron skillets, mason jars and a few other rustic items I collected from around the house to put this little display together. We served BBQ with traditional sides, mini red velvet cupcake and brownies for dessert and ice cold lemonade to wash it all down. Guest could leave well wishes for mom and baby and everyone went home with a bottle of old fashioned root beer.
