I wanted to create a bright, happy space for my baby girl. A place conducive to creativity and inspiration. A place she would feel happy to come in, curl up, and read a story with mommy.
Design Inspiration:
I knew I wanted lots of bright colors to be featured in the room. The first idea was the large stripe of aqua behind the crib, followed by the custom fabrics for her crib, purchased in the Downtown L.A. fashion district. And the rest came together from there.

That aqua monogram behind the crib is a wall decal? Or was it painted? it’s very stunning.
I ordered it online from Burkedecor.com, but it doesn’t seem like they carry it there anymore. But yes, it did look more purple on some sites that I saw, so I was worried it would be purple even though the description said pink. As you can see though, it worked out, and definitely came pink. :o)
Both lamps/shades were from Target. Not sure if they still carry the pink one anymore (I bought it 5-6 months ago), but I think I’ve still seen the white/glass once there recently. Hope that helps!

Can you please share the exact name and maker of the paint color you used? Also, I searched monograms on Etsy and could not find the one in your nursery do you remember the name of who you ordered your wall decal from on Etsy? Thanks!
