Description:
I wanted to have a neutral nursery for my 4th baby girl. I thought I would try and bring in some color as an accent at some point, but any time I tried to add a pop of color, I never liked how it looked. So, I kept it completely neutral and I love the way it turned out.

Design Inspiration:
I got my inspiration from the blogs Dear Lillie and The Painted Hive. They both did a beautiful neutral nursery for their babies.

Project Details:
The crib is Brat Decor which can be fairly pricey so I was thrilled when I found this one on Craigslist! The mobile and lamp are from Pottery Barn. The curtains, light fixture and frames were from Ikea. I bought the glider (which was my biggest splurge) from Babies and Kids 1st Furniture. The side table and mirror are from Home Goods. The bedding is from Serena and Lily (it was 1/2 off).

Favorite Items:
My favorite item in the room is the board and batten on the wall. We hired a guy to install is for us, but there are many DIY projects on several blogs if you want to try it on your own.

Advice:
My biggest piece of advice to achieve your dream nursery is to start looking for items and inspiration as soon as you find out you're pregnant. It took me lots of hours of looking at blogs, pinterest and craigslist to find my ideas and to get good deals on the items I wanted.
