Hazel’s Pink and Gray Nursery

Description

Early in my pregnancy, I somehow knew we were having a girl. I could only envision a darling little baby girl nursery! We wanted to create a peaceful and elegant atmosphere, with a few nature-inspired elements.

We'd been using the room as a guest room, and ultimately decided we could still use the nursery as dual purpose. I wanted to make sure it could fulfill both needs and still be coordinated well.

Design Inspiration

The first outfit I bought for her was a sweet little pink and gray set. I didn't realize how much I loved the combo until then, which inspired me to use those colors for her nursery.

Decorating Style

I wanted to keep her nursery simple and contemporary. I tend to over clutter a space, so I'm making a conscious effort to be a little more minimalistic. I wanted to create a more peaceful environment.
