Harlow’s Shabby-Chic Feminine Nursery

Description

Our little Low's nursery is a mix of native, shabby-chic and vintage elements. It is a soft calming space filled with lots of whites, neutrals, pale-rose colored accents and wood. Everything in her room has been thoughtfully picked or hand-made by her daddy and I with love.

Design Inspiration

I wanted a room that she could grow into and to be surrounded with natural textures and colors that I have always favored.

Decorating Style

I would say my decorating style tends to lean towards clean lines, simplicity and classic with a mixture of new and old. Harlow's nursery is more shabby-chic with lots of femininity to be beautiful and unique to her.

Project Details

The last project we are in the process of completing is the sliding barn door for her bedroom closet. I will be sure to update with additional photographs once it's in place.

Favorite Items

Definitely the built-in shelving with beadboard backing my husband added. It created the perfect custom touch for her room. I also love the chippy white wooden 'H' and her 'Happily Ever After' glitter tweed pillow.
