A Project For: Gabriella Rose
Age: 21 months
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Description:
We wanted to have a bird theme for baby's room and wanted to stick with something modern.
Design Inspiration:
We knew that we wanted to use gray and pink and that we wanted her to be able to grow up a little and still like the room. I bought the bird mobile in etsy and that was our main inspiration, then chose the tree and bird wall cling and went from there.
Decorating Style:
We really like mid century modern, with a twist of eclectic!
Project Details:
Crib - BabyMod Olivia, Wal-Mart. Mobile and wall cling - etsy, curtains and sheers - Target, rug - West Elm, dresser - Malm (Ikea).
Favorite Items:
I still love the mobile. It was a fun addition.

Love the room! Question– where did you find the pink lamp and was it affordable?

I like that wooden side table where you placed your pink lamp. Is it just me or are your curtains really metallic?

Hi guys! The lamp came from Home Goods and was only $20! The table was from target and was pretty cheap too, but I think I got it two years ago. The curtains are velvet and striped.

Thanks guys! Sorry I am just seeing these responses now! The tree and bird decal came from etsy. There are a TON there, just search tree decal. Also, the gray was a color from Glidden and it went on really well! Here is a post on my blog about it: http://920windemere.blogspot.com/2010/03/place-to-call-her-own.html. Of course I can’t find the color, sorry:( I think the decal was about $80 from Pop Wall.
