We went with a gender neutral theme as we didn't find out what we were having. I found this adorable mobile on Etsy and slowly built the nursery's theme around it.

Project Details
Crib Sheets, crib skirt, and curtains were made from fabric from JoAnn's.
Baby quilt was a homemade gift from my sister.
Bird mobile was found on Etsy at Birds of a Feather.
Rocking chair is from Pottery Barn--a deal I found on Craigslist.
Crib is a Jenny Lind we bought from Amazon (a gift from our parents!)
Book shelf is from Ikea.
Picture frame from Hobby Lobby--I made the picture inside (inspired by Pinterest).
Fabric circles were made from fabric I found at JoAnn's.
Letter "G" is from Hobby Lobby and spray painted white.
Favorite Items
I love the bird mobile--it is unique, cute and the baby loves looking at all the different patterns on the birds!
I also love the pictures from Graham's newborn photo shoot from Simply Color Lab.
Advice
Pick one piece of decoration that you love and build your nursery around that! Look for unique pieces at antique stores or online at places like Etsy.

Nice room and I love the huge photos on the wall. I just wish the pics you posted here aren't overly bright or over-exposed so we could appreciate the real colors of the room.
