Design Inspiration
Purple! Years ago, I fell in love (at first sight) with the Jane collection in lavender by Bratt Décor. I love the exaggerated, whimsical scallops and finials. It feels feminine and traditional, yet it’s bursting with personality. It just makes me happy and makes for the perfect sweet surroundings in a girl’s room. And, what little girl doesn’t love fairies?

Favorite Items
I love the antique white Maura Daniel chandelier. It has an ultra feminine and vintage flavor and it creates really soft overhead lighting.
Advice
If possible, when designing a child’s room, try to involve the child in the design process, even if just in some small way. I created this room side by side with my daughter. She loved having input in the design process, and it was so much fun to work on the project with her.
