This is my Son's nursery. We decided to go with a color scheme of Orange, Blue and Green. He's theme is more Madagascar and Sea Life.

Furniture was purchased from Young America. "Finn" Canvas painting was designed by a friend and I and Painted by me. Lamp was designed by my mother in law. Chair was purchased at a local furniture store and upholstered with fabric from Joanns. Canvas paintings above dresser were purchased from Target and Animal books on dresser were gifts from grandma.

Advice:
Your furniture does not have to match or be purchased in a set to become a beautiful nursery. Shopping at thrift stores, and consignment shops is a good way to achieve this look on a low budget.
