Stripes, pom poms and a simple wood monogram work together to create the perfect space for my one year old.
Design Inspiration
I thought about Elli's nursery for awhile and finally came across an accent wall with different width stripes and fell in love. The colors came from fabric swatches that I am using to make her quilt. I love how the colors tie together and for me walking in her room brightens my day.
Decorating Style
Simple and clean.
Project Details
The crib is a delta Jenny Lind which we found on craigslist, the paint came from Lowe's but we color matched to find the perfect shades. The curtains came from walmart, the crib sheet from target and the pom poms I made myself. The wooden monogram was purchased from jane.com and we painted it mint to match the room.
Favorite Items
I would say the monogram is my favorite piece from the room.
Advice
The lines are perfect and no matter how hard we tried we knew they wouldn't end up straight.
