I was the designer and host of this ducky themed baby shower for one of my good friends.
This was the first event that I ever did.
Design Inspiration
The momma to be loved everything ducky so I knew that would be the theme of the shower. I didn't want to go too overboard with ducks, so I went with mostly blue and yellow polka dots.

Project Details
I created everything for this baby shower except the diaper cake and the cupcakes. The diaper cake was from the baby nest {https://www.facebook.com/thebabynest} and the cupcakes were made by both Meagan Purdy and I.
Favorite Items
The pom poms are my favorite part of this party.
Advice
Don't try to go over board with the theme, pick the colours from the theme and work with them. Too many "ducks" are just overwhelming and tacky.
