My sisters knew Dr. Seuss was my favorite children's author and so they designed a baby boy shower around the author and his famous books. This was a complete surprise and majority of the items are HANDMADE including the cake. :)
Design Inspiration:
I Believe the inspiration was Dr. Seuss books such as Cat in the Hat, The Lorax, and Oh, the Places You'll Go.
Decorating Style:
My decorating style is all over the place but I must say I gravitate towards modern with a twist of vintage.
Favorite Items:
My favorite item had to be the baby shower banner. It was so bright and colorful and fit so well with the theme of the shower.
Advice:
Make rounds at Hobby Lobby, Michaels, and JoAnn Fabrics you'll be surprised how much stuff you can get that is affordable and attractive. If you have time try DIY projects, you can keep that stuff once your done using it and it also has more meaning behind it.
