Colorful Nursery

Description

A fun, colorful room that would inspire learning and creativity. I also wanted a room that my little guy wouldn't outgrow right away so I didn't want to make it too "babyish".

Design Inspiration

My design inspiration was just bright, fun colors. I looked at several other projects on Pinterest to get ideas and inspiration.

Decorating Style

I think my decorating style is modern-contemporary. I love to use a lot of patterns and textures when I decorate.

Project Details

Wall colors are gray and navy blue. Can get exact colors if requested.

Crib was a hand-me-down but originally from Ethan Allen.

Favorite Items

My favorite item has to be the custom bedding from SweetDreamsBedding. It really brought everything together.

Advice

Take your time! Find inspiration in a couple of items and then slowly look for pieces that you think fit your vision. Don't be afraid to mix colors, textures, old and new pieces... have fun with it!
