Camden’s Calming Neutral Nursery

Description

A calm, relaxing and texturally soft neutral nursery.

Design Inspiration

My inspiration was to design a neutral nursery that was calming and relaxing. I wanted to use whites, creams and a little pop of color. I also loved the idea of adding different textures. I also love the look of French nurseries!

Decorating Style

I love to mix styles! I mixed in some modern pieces with classic, french and vintage pieces.

Advice

Look for Craigslist finds and repaint them. Its more affordable and sometimes better quality than many new furniture pieces.

Choose natural fibers versus synthetic! Its much better for your baby and are higher quality!

When choosing a color scheme, keep in mind that colors affect moods and emotions.
