Design Inspiration

Once I saw the beautitul Cocalo bedding I matched everything else to it. I love the dusky pink and beige combination and felt it looked luxe and beautiful together. For some reason I leant towards butterflies, so this has also been an inspiration for my creations! I made a lot of the items myself and it has definitely been a labor of love!

Decorating Style

I am a modern, contemporary girl with a secret crush on vintage and shabby chich. I felt the bedding and crib really combined these styles.

Project Details

Once I was on maternity leave my creative juices really started flowing. I started with knitting and made a little teddy and it went on from there. In the end I made bunting, a rag rug, a cushion and felt butterfly. It has led me to start my own Etsy shop I enjoyed creating things so much!

Favorite Items

My favourite item are my wall letters. I knew I wanted to decorate them myself and was so proud of my results.

Advice

Just go with what you love. Take the style and color as a base and go from there. The internet has so many resources and Project Nursery is a great place to start to find some inspiration.
