This is the nursery we dreamt of for our twins arriving in two weeks or so.
Design Inspiration
We wanted a serene space for our babies' first room. Pottery Barn Kids and Restoration Hardware as well as some projects here in Project Nursery served as inspiration.
Decorating Style
I think we wanted the nursery to be classic, classic boy/girl colors but to keep it neutral in some way. Not too girly not to boyish.
Project Details
Most of our finds are from Pottery Barn, we chose the Fillmore line for the cribs and the changing table, the critter chairs, rug, bedding and elephant lamp are also from Pottery Barn. For the art we chose the Animal Print Shop, only choosing the prints with two animals (TWINS!), we found the frames at Crate and Barrel. The night stand is from Target and the glider is the Babyletto Trapeze Glider.
Favorite Items
I love the critter chairs with the matching tummy time mats. My husband loves the stripes he painted.
