Our goal was to create a soft, peaceful, gender neutral space for our new addition. We decided on a light gray for the walls and purchase a changing table for a color pop piece that we could paint our self. We purchased the abacus wall art and that created our color pallet. After that, everything pretty much fell into place. We're so happy with the space we've created for our baby!!!
Design Inspiration:
The abacus from CB2- I took the colors from this art piece and built the room around it!
Recliner, Lazy Boy & Changing Table- Local furniture store.
Curtains, White cube console, Grey Rug, Orange lamp, Mirror- Ikea.
Crib, Owl hanging from crib, & Wall Decal- Amazon.
Favorite Items:
Changing Table and the Hanging Mobile in the corner of the room.
Advice:
You don't have to have a theme or spend a lot of money to design a modern nursery!!!

I love the subdued, gender-neutral colors you used for this room. And I love the fact that it is simple and doesn’t look anything like a nursery done by any decoration-obsessed momma.
