I took a lot of photos that are all on my blog: http://laurenmack1129.wordpress.com/2011/09/01/the-nursery-is-done/ The rug is from overstock, crib & changing table were ordered online from Cymax, the bedding is from Carousel Designs and a lot of the other stuff in the room was re-purposed furniture.
Favorite Items
I love the Anthropology knobs I added to my changing table and nightstand, I also love that I have my Grandma's old rocker in there to use. Also I love my collage wall of pictures that I can eventually add on to.
Advice
Don't be afraid to mix and match!

Such sweet-looking nursery! I really love that part of the wall with those little ornate photo frames. And I think those little mirrors look lovely, too.
