Description
Not big on themes but I love airplanes and all things old. When I found out I was having a boy I immediately knew I didn't want to do blue (after having a father in the air force... I don't like blue but am fond of planes!)
Design Inspiration
The big red chair (it is a sleeper) and the red radio flyer wagon to use for toy storage.
Decorating Style
Can't say that I have one. But I know what I like when I see it.
Project Details
When I found something I liked I bought it. I then painted it later. The doors and drawers on the changing table had a purple stripe pattern. The red shelf was a goodwill find that was dark blue. Thank goodness for primer and paint in one!!
Favorite Items
All the old toys and the changer.

That is just lovely. I love your inspiration and your color scheme. 'Old finds' are great in that no matter what color they are you can make them look the way you want. I love when parents move from the typical 'blue' for a boy and 'pink' for a girl. YOU GO GIRL!!
