I stumbled upon another nursery on Pinterest that led me to Project Nursery and that's where I began to draw my inspiration. Most of the room is centered around the crib sheet which is where I drew most of my theme and colors. I started just trying to find accessories for the room in similar colors and it just all sort of came together! I then went and perused the aisles of Hobby Lobby which is where I got most of the wall art from (because where else do you go for fabulous inexpensive wall art?).
I think my favorite part of the whole nursery is the dormer window space that we made into a little reading nook. My husband made the bookshelves and window bench seat and I upholstered the seat with fabric from Hobby Lobby. To add the finishing touch I added a mirror to make the space look bigger---It's just so cozy!
