The open shelves. They not only look good and are affordable, but are functional! Great for books, toys and storage baskets!
Advice
Sometimes all you need is a little bit of colour to make a big statement! By installing a plate rail you can have a bright colour in a small dose without it overpowering the room. By painting the bottom section of the wall in a neutral, you can switch up the top colour in a few years to give the room a whole new look without a lot of work... for example; navy for a big boy’s room, or a pale pink for a future nursery!
