Adding in an accent color such as orange can be easy. I used orange, brown, and blue in my most recent nursery and the bedding only had brown and white in it. I added pops of color with the rug, artwork, and accessories. I used all three paint colors on the wall in horizontal stripes. Decide what your main color or two will be and then add in the other accent colors. Your efforts to incorporate you husbands love of his sports team is super sweet and can be used as inspiration but not a direct translation into the nursery. Inspiration does not always have to be deliberate (unless you want it to be) but can be as a "guide". Hope this helps and good luck!
We are expecting our first son in June and I am trying to figure out how to paint the room. We already have the furniture (it's chocolate brown, Carters Sleep Haven set) and the bedding we are going to use is JJ Cole Blue Bullseye. My Husband is a Cleveland Browns fan and i want to pay some kind of tribute to that in the room and i definately want to have atleast orange accents. Other than that i am completely stuck!!!! In my mind I just can't pull this concept together.
