I love a well lived home, and that means kids running around and lots of chaos! My home is filled with the love of celebrating every day joys and time spent with family. Coming from an interior design background, I found the transition into styling parties and events after my daughter was born a natural one. I wanted to celebrate every day being a mother.
My style is definitely influenced by worn objects that are upcycled and mixed with more modern pieces. There is something to be said for having a piece from your great grandparents and mixing it with a new fabulous piece. Even more, I love taking pieces from my home and moving them outdoors to furnish my parties. I have an obsession with textiles and shoes. I feel the most important element to a room is the drapes, and the most important statement at a party is a fabulous table cloth. They are the perfect accessories! Details are everything, and I truly believe your guests notice when you put that extra attention into the things your husband thinks people will never notice.
I want my daughter to always see the beauty in every day and feel the love of the people around her. It is important to appreciate the things around you and to share it with others. I want to inspire people to live a truly “blissful” life with their friends and family.

1. I can not get enough of Caitlin Wilson’s new textile line, and she makes it affordable for everyone to own one of her pillows. I am spying a few of these for our master bedroom soon! 2. With my husband and little one running around, there can be a lot of clutter. I love our new personalized lucite trays as a “catch-all” for all the odds and ends that seem to get piled by the front door or on our coffee table. 3. Turquoise is my favorite color, and I have been eying this Kate Spade handbag. I think everyone should add an unexpected pop of color to their wardrobe. 4. I am such a girly girl, and I love the sweet layers of this ruffle table cloth. It is perfect for summer entertaining or even for a more formal get together in the dining room layered with linen napkins and gorgeous dishes. 5. Shoes are a girl’s best friend—especially mine! These are fabulous with any outfit—jeans or a great dress. 6. Milk Glass is so beautiful and classic. I love that I have antique pieces collected by my grandmother, and I’m still adding to my collection with pieces like this Rosanna Compote. 7. The starburst mirror is a new staple to any room in your home. Be it the entry, living room or bedroom, you cannot go wrong with one of these. 8. Custom party decorations can add such a personal touch to a party. I love fresh inspired themes based on a child’s personality or favorite toy. Modern patterns and pieces from your home make a truly memorable event, as seen in our butterfly party for my daughter’s second birthday.
