Little Miss Sunshine’s 4th Birthday Party

Having a girl means you can play with so many colors for her party, you have a choice to add extra bling, bright or shimmer which always adds that pizzazz to it.
My daughter is a Summer Baby, and she is a very happy child by nature. She is such a morning person who is smiling right of the bed. She is a true Sunshine of Our Home. I have been wanting to do this theme for her and finally did on her 4th Birthday.
Most of the decorations are handmade. I thoroughly enjoyed preparing Cake Bunting and Photo Booth. It was so much fun arranging all of it. Etsy.com was a big help to get Cake Toppers and Cup Cake Toppers.
It was such a pleasant experience shopping and preparing for this theme!

Somewhere Over the Rainbow First Birthday Party

My daughter’s first birthday party was very special event for us. Even though she might not remember her first birthday events in the longer run but I wanted to make it a beautiful memory for the whole family.
When I started thinking about themes, all those ‘girlie’ themes started flying in through imagination. Finally, I chose- Rainbow Theme, and that fitted very well. The arrival of our daughter has brought so many colors into our family, and I could not think of any better theme than a rainbow first birthday party.

Ayana’s Sweet and Modern Room

I am a lover of contemporary living. Ever since I thought of making our daughter’s nursery I was looking for something that looks modern and contemporary. After my rigorous research I finally settled down to “Gray and Yellow” theme, Gray was to give the room that elegance and Yellow was to diffuse that freshness and incandescence for a girl’s room. I loved how the combination was vivid as well as graceful.
However, I wanted to keep a balance between splurging for the nursery and ‘thinking too much’. I think I was able to get to it finally!
Thanks to my husband AJ for taking wonderful shots of the nursery!
