Partylicious

Mother of one, married to my high school sweetheart with a passion for beautiful and unique parties! What I love... My baby's smile, his beautiful eyes, birthday parties, babies, chocolate, cupcakes, photography, music, the beach, and just being at home.

Safari Baby Shower

We used aqua, lime and chocolate for this sweet baby shower. The dessert table featured the cake {which was actually missing from the final pics we took}, marshmallow pops, chocolate malt balls, lollipops (wrapped in tissue paper), mints and candy covered peanuts. As favors we gave wrapped chocolate bars and hand dipped chocolate covered Oreos in cello bags with coordinating tags. The darling banner features a lion, monkeys and an elephant and recycled tin cans held carnations as centerpieces for the guest tables. For more pictures visit: www.facebook.com/partyliciousevents

Turtle Baby Shower

Featuring a diaper cake as the main thing on the dessert/candy table as a gift for the mom-to-be. I carried the turtle theme and the carnation flower arrangements the guest tables as well. These flower arrangements were done using recycled bean cans and covered with scrapbooking paper in a variety of patterns. I ventured into making fondant turtles for the cupcakes as well as my usual cupcake toppers to complement the cupcake stands. A customized banner and beautiful balloons tied it all together. The candy table featured mini marshmallows, sour gumballs, circus peanuts, orange gummies and other yummy treats for the kids. As party favors we gave cello bags filled with chocolates and hand-dipped Oreo cookies in colored white chocolate, made by yours truly. www.followyouflutterby.blogspot.com

Come Fly with Me!

The invitation was inspired by a Pink Peppermint Paper design. The little plane I cut with my Cricut and I put a dimensional so it looks like it’s on the air. For the cake I asked for cupcakes. The little airplanes on the cupcakes and the cake topper I did myself. The dessert table included popcorn, sour gumballs, home made brownies and mascarpone tarts, and other yummy snacks! I found a great tablecloth that tied it all together with the beautiful banner I made. I used gable boxes for the party favors. As always, they were personalized with each kid’s name. I got this great idea from a party I found at Nounces.com, where they put these genius signs over the favor box and the gift tables. I also made favors for the adults: peanuts and pretzels. The piñata was custom made. www.followyouflutterby.blogspot.com

Monkey 1st Birthday

Our baby’s monkey themed 1st birthday. Since there are no premade monkey-themed supplies, everything was handmade. Favor bags were personalized and filled with age appropiate goodies. Baby guests got banana baby food, little spoons with tags, Gerber chewey fruit snacks, cookies and monkey beanie babies. Older kids got handmade notebooks, monkey pencils, stickers, monkey candy holders. We set up an ice cream bar with yummy toppings. Adults got specially wrapped tic-tacs. Balloon art was made by a very talented friend. See more at www.followyouflutterby.blogspot.com
