Mango, Orange and Carrot Baby Food Recipe

I am so in love with this flavor combination! This mango, orange and carrot baby food recipe is super yummy for your stage two eater. It also makes a delicious smoothie or popsicle for your toddler and big kid! It’s suitable for babies seven months and up. Always make sure the consistency of your baby’s food is one he can handle and that your baby has been introduced to each ingredient individually first.

Mango, Orange and Carrot Baby Food Recipe
Makes about 12 oz.

Note: Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
1 medium carrot – washed, peeled and chopped
1/2 ripe mango – peeled and chopped
1 large juicy orange or 2 medium – peeled and chopped
Handful of ice cubes (if making as a smoothie)

Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
